Please do not send detailed medical information through Website forms. Medical history and treatment records are collected separately in the clinic and through our secure patient portal.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand Website traffic and measure the results of our ads. These services use cookies and similar technologies. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix), our scheduling and patient-records platform (PatientNow), analytics and advertising providers (Google), and payment and financing providers, and only as needed to provide their services. 5. Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Protected health information you provide as a patient is handled in accordance with applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. Our Notice of Privacy Practices is available at the clinic upon request.
