These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.fabsmedesthetic.com (the "Website") and the services provided by FABS MedEsthetic ("FABS", "we", "us"), located at 3701 Guadalupe St., Ste 105, Austin, TX 78705. By using the Website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Medical Information Disclaimer
Content on this Website is for general information only and is not medical advice. All treatments are provided only after an in-person consultation with a licensed provider, who will determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Before-and-after photos show individual results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services. Some treatments may require additional medical screening.
3. Appointments, Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee of $50. Some services may require a deposit $50, which is non-refundable as described at booking.
4. Payments, Packages and Memberships
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, CareCredit, Cherry financing. Prepaid packages and memberships are subject to the specific terms shown on the membership page and in your membership agreement, including billing frequency and cancellation rules. Unless stated otherwise, packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless confirmed in writing with FABS.
5. Promotions
Promotional offers (for example, "$100 off your first visit") apply to new clients only, require a minimum service amount where stated (currently $250), are limited to one per client, cannot be combined with other offers or membership pricing, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at FABS MedEsthetic, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are treated as cash if lost or stolen.
7. Online Booking and Third-Party Services
Online booking and patient forms are provided through PatientNow, a third-party platform. Your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from this Website.
8. Text Messages and Email
If you opt in, we may send appointment reminders and promotional messages by text and email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
9. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means. All content, including text, images and logos, belongs to FABS MedEsthetic or its licensors and may not be copied without our written permission. Product and device names (such as Fotona, Sculptra, Juvéderm) are trademarks of their respective owners.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FABS MedEsthetic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
